Heart Chakra

This meditation connects us to our heart. It renews our energy through movements toward the four cardinal points making us more loving and sensitive. When you nourish yourself with such lovingness, you feel like sharing it with others.

The Heart Chakra meditation is an exercise which comes from the old Sufi Tradition. It combines breathing and movements to relieve inner tensions while the heart energy flows freely. When the heart chakra is open, the energy of the others flows freely too. If there are no blockages at this point of our bodies, we feel deeply connected to ourselves and to others. We feel protected and radiating warm energy, satisfaction and compassion. Our fears of being rejected, the fragility and insecurity, tend to disappear.

Until the 4th stage you do it with eyes open, following the hands expanding movements since our hands are directly connected to our hearts.

It lasts about one hour following Karunesh’s music.

First Stage:

Standing up, rest both hands on your heart chakra. When you listen to the music, move your right hand and foot forward and backwards, alternating them with the left ones until the end. Then, go back to the resting position.

Second stage:

When you listen to the music, move your right hand and foot to the right side and back, alternating them with left hand and foot to the left until the music is over. Then, back to the resting position.

Third stage:

When the music starts, move your right hand and foot backwards and back, alternating them with the left ones until the end. Then, go back to the resting position.

Forth stage:

Consecutively, repeat the movements of the first, second and third stage. Remain in the resting position until you hear the bell. Then, sit silently.

Fifth stage:

Sit silently until the end of the music and bells ringing.
